Membership

• Recruit and maintain BDHEA members by developing and executing programs including Member communications and signature offerings and events.

Policies & Regulations

• Create and oversee BDHEA Policies & Regulations including providing Policy Briefings.

Playbook

• Engage executives and Boards across the health ecosystem to socialize and implement the Playbook.

Events - Annual Summit; Quarterly Convenings

• Plan and implement National BDHEA Meetings including virtual and in-person Convenings and the National Summit

Strategic Planning

• Developing vision and strategic guidance for BDHEA’s work of changing the healthcare landscape.

Fund Development

• Craft blueprint based on fund development targets.  Efforts include BDHEA Sponsorship, Major Gifts, and Corporate Partnership exploration, follow-up, and fulfillment.

Internship Program

• Advance planning, programming and execution for Ready Next Talent.  Includes goal setting, curriculum development, evaluations, recruiting and relationship management both students and corporate.
